Watch your character physically grow. Size equals power here. Train until stamina bottoms out. Head to the Canteen. Grab food to refill. Loop back to the weights.

Progression & Prestige

Earn strength points. Improve your look. Unlock higher weights (30kg → 40kg ladder visible in-game). New workout zones open as you hit milestones. Hit the Prestige threshold? Reset stats. Gain multipliers. Start the climb again — faster this time. Compete on the Leaderboard. Top rank = yard respect.
